When the heating and hot water break down on a Saturday morning, it's bad. Really bad! Especially on a cold November day… Fortunately, Kaiser offers an emergency service, and I needed it today. Now everything is warm again: water and radiators. Thank you! But there's more to tell. I happened to be walking across the yard when a service technician went to get something from his vehicle while he was making repairs. I went up to him and thanked him. And what really brightened my day: The young man smiled and said, "You're welcome!" He said it with such good humor that I could tell he genuinely enjoyed his work! That still feels good to me three hours later. And I know why: Enjoying customer service is a rare find in Germany…

Heating repair on Sunday morning. The emergency service arrived within an hour, replaced a part, and got the heating working again. The remaining work was completed on Monday. Very friendly and competent technician. The heating system was installed by Kaiser. We were very satisfied with them back then, too. Top company. Thank you!

A fantastic company! We're new customers, and the first visit was already very friendly and professional. The second visit was incredible! We were informed through the office that they would be a little late, which I thought was great, as it meant we were aware of the delay. It wasn't a problem at all, though. The technician even took off his shoes because we live on a gravel road and it's very muddy in this weather. He really thought of everything. He was very friendly and took care of installing the parts himself. Excellent! We hope this company continues to work on our heating system and perhaps other things as well. We'd like to stay with them because in Diessen and the surrounding area, you can't even get a response from some companies. Many thanks for everything, and keep up the good work!

From the initial contact to completion, we always had a single point of contact. All work was carried out very accurately, and agreements and deadlines were always met. We can wholeheartedly recommend Kaiser and would have them install a new heating system again at any time.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this company. Despite a plumbing emergency, the company didn't contact us for six weeks. After repeated calls and emails, a technician was finally sent to assess the necessary repairs, only to offer an appointment for another six weeks later. Despite the urgency, the responsible representative simply didn't care. "Don't bother calling again, because we certainly won't be able to complete the repair before Christmas." We thank Kaiser for this outstanding customer service and recommend that all other customers find a different company.
