Gut Kerschlach | Day Bar & Weddings

Gut Kerschlach in Pähl is a historic, organically run estate between Ammersee and Starnberger See, which today serves multiple search intents at once: day bar, breakfast, weddings, horseback riding, corporate events, and seasonal happenings. According to its own chronicle, the history of the estate dates back to the 11th century; at the same time, the farm presents itself as a modern place for enjoyment, nature, and events. Those searching for gut kerschlach cafe, gut kerschlach events, or gut kerschlach horses will find here not just a single location, but a grown ensemble of gastronomy, event spaces, riding facilities, beekeeping, and agriculture. The location is also practical: The district of Kerschlach belongs to the municipality of Pähl, accessible via the B2 Starnberg/Weilheim, and the estate is situated in a picturesque landscape in the Pfaffenwinkel. This combination of history, accessibility, and offerings makes Gut Kerschlach a particularly strong SEO and visitor target page. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/geschichte))

Day Bar, Breakfast, and Brunch at Gut Kerschlach

The day bar is one of the main attractions at Gut Kerschlach and is exactly the right hit for anyone searching for gut kerschlach cafe, gut kerschlach cafe opening hours, or gut kerschlach breakfast. Officially, Lisa Vossen and Robert Schröder welcome guests; the day bar is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Mondays and Tuesdays being rest days. Breakfast is offered from Wednesday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The day bar thrives not only on its opening hours but also on its atmosphere: newly designed rooms, a beautiful terrace with mountain views, and a menu that ranges from coffee and cake to fine dishes, freshly tapped evening beer, and a good glass of wine. This combination of relaxed daytime gastronomy and rural scenic experience makes the place attractive for both short stops and longer visits. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/tagesbar))

Those who associate brunch with Gut Kerschlach are also correct. Although the day bar is primarily positioned as a breakfast and daytime gastronomy, the estate also uses the brunch theme as part of its event world. The website announces yoga & brunch offers, where the morning begins in a farm ambiance followed by a lovingly prepared brunch in the day bar. Fresh, regional ingredients are used, including vegan and gluten-free options. From an SEO perspective, this is valuable because user intentions around café, breakfast, brunch, and opening hours converge in one place. Gut Kerschlach thus offers not an interchangeable café operation, but a day bar with excursion potential, suitable for families, couples, hikers, and day-trippers alike. Weddings at the Estate between Ammersee and Starnberger See

With gut kerschlach wedding, the message is clear: The estate is designed for atmospheric celebrations in a natural environment. Gut Kerschlach describes itself as a family-run, organic estate where weddings can be celebrated in harmony with nature. Up to 120 people are mentioned for the wedding celebration, along with meadows for outdoor ceremonies, the monastery garden for receptions under apple trees, a large terrace with a view of the Alps, and spacious rooms in the attic of the former Herrenhaus. This is exactly the type of offering that counts when searching for a wedding venue: not only capacity but also atmosphere, flexibility, and a coherent overall impression. That Gut Kerschlach also relies on selected service providers and partners further facilitates the planning and execution of the celebration. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/hochzeiten))

The spatial possibilities go far beyond the classic banquet hall. The large Kronberg Hall is suitable for a banquet with up to 120 people; the small Kronberg Hall can be used additionally, for example, for a buffet or the bride's retreat. The foyer in the Herrenhaus accommodates up to 60 people, features a dance floor and a built-in bar area, and opens onto the terrace with a view of the Alps. Right next to it is the Kerschlach Chapel, which was once used by cloister sisters for services and is now ideal for baptisms and weddings with around 40 guests. Additionally, the monastery garden serves as an outdoor area for 30 to 150 people. For users searching for gut kerschlach dancing, gut kerschlach photos, or a location with an emotional setting, this creates very strong, visual, and practical search results. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/locations))

Events, Conferences, and Corporate Events with Alpine View

Gut Kerschlach is not only a wedding venue but also a versatile place for events and corporate events. The official event page speaks of rooms in both indoor and outdoor areas suitable for events from 10 to 400 people. Inspiring surroundings, bright rooms, top-notch catering, and the view down to the Alps are mentioned. This combination is particularly attractive for companies because it combines factual requirements with emotional impact. For conferences and corporate celebrations, this means: professional infrastructure, nature-connected location, and space for formats from small team meetings to larger customer or employee events. The possibility of receiving individual offers and framework programs also underscores the flexible character of the location. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/business-event))

Especially interesting for search queries around gut kerschlach events is the variety of additional modules that can be booked. These include, among others, wild plant events, carriage rides, archery, cocktail courses, horse shows, bike tours, yoga courses, and horse-assisted coaching. Additionally, Gut Kerschlach offers photography support by Jana Siegrist, which is particularly useful for employer branding, internal communication, or memory formats. Guests can stay in small hotels in Andechs or in houses in Weilheim and Starnberg; a shuttle can be booked optionally. This creates an event world that goes far beyond mere room rental and forms a coherent overall package for many different occasions. Those searching for a location that connects celebration, content, and framework program will find plenty of substance here. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/business-event))

Riding Facility, Horses, and Riding Lessons at a Glance

For search queries like gut kerschlach riding stable and gut kerschlach horses, the riding facility is one of the strongest themes at the estate. Gut Kerschlach describes a species-appropriate and comfortable accommodation for around 90 horses. The facilities include bright stables with paddock boxes, window boxes, and indoor boxes, a modern covered open stable for geldings, as well as free movement and contact opportunities for the animals. The open stable features a large lying hall with straw, sand paddocks with hay racks, and free access to generous pastures. The biological feeding is particularly noteworthy: concentrated and rough feed comes from organic production, the concentrated feed is provided in the open stable via a feed dispenser, and each horse area is designed for the well-being of the animals. This makes the facility not only large but also conceptually clear and high-quality. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/stallungen/haltung))

Gut Kerschlach also offers a lot in terms of sports. The facility has two riding arenas with terra-tex floors, a large arena measuring 60 by 20 meters, a small arena measuring 40 by 20 meters, two outdoor arenas, a jumping arena measuring 64 by 64 meters, a dressage arena measuring 64 by 24 meters, a covered lunge pen with a lunge circle, and a lounge with a view of the arenas. Additionally, there are 6 kilometers of sandy paths through the forest and washing areas in the stable aisles. Riding lessons and training are offered by several independent riding instructors, but school horses are not available. Additionally, the Gut Kerschlach Riding Club has been hosting a dressage and jumping tournament annually since 2001, further emphasizing the equestrian competence of the place. For users specifically searching for riding stables, horses, or tournament environments, this is an exceptionally strong profile. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/reitanlage))

History, Location, and Farm Character in Kerschlach

The history of Gut Kerschlach is deep and well documented. In its own chronicle, 1159 is mentioned as the first documentary mention, then as Cherslo, and already in the 11th to 12th century, the place appears as the property of the bishops of Augsburg. Later, ownership changes occurred, the transfer to the Benedictine monastery of Andechs in 1599, the destructions in the Thirty Years' War, the secularization of 1803, as well as further stations up to the sale to Werner Mützel in 1997. This history explains why Gut Kerschlach today does not appear as an artificially created event backdrop, but as a grown place with a real biography. Those who want to not only read history but feel it in the space will find here a farm with visible depth and comprehensible development. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/geschichte))

The location also supports the special character. The district of Kerschlach belongs to the municipality of Pähl, is located between Ammersee and Starnberger See, and between Starnberg and Weilheim. Access is by car via the B2 Starnberg/Weilheim; from both directions, you turn off after about 13 kilometers, then it is about another kilometer through the chestnut avenue to the hamlet of Kerschlach. Additionally, the distinctive building blocks of the farm character are present: the former Herrenhaus, the monastery garden, the Kerschlach Chapel, the large terrace, and the view of the Alps. In this environment, it quickly becomes understandable why searches like gut kerschlach pähl, gut kerschlach photos, or gut kerschlach owner often aim at a larger whole: a place where landscape, history, and use intertwine. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/kontakt/?utm_source=openai))

Happenings between Farm Life, Beekeeping, and Christmas Tree Culture

Gut Kerschlach thrives not only on gastronomy, events, and equestrian sports but also on its agricultural and nature-oriented offerings. A good example is beekeeping: it is run by Arno Bruder, a certified organic professional beekeeper who has been beekeeping since 1964 and runs the operation as a family business. The estate has between 10 and 15 bee colonies that are kept outdoors year-round. The range includes, among other things, blossom, summer crop, and forest honey in organic quality, as well as other varieties such as dandelion, rapeseed, lime, and fir. This is important for the positioning of the estate because here the idea of genuine, organic agriculture is not only claimed but is concretely lived in a visible area. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/imkerei))

Seasonal happenings such as Christmas tree sales and Christmas tree culture are also typical for Gut Kerschlach. In the Gut Kerschlach forest, there is a Nordmann fir culture; the trees take 12 to 15 years to reach room height and are sold during the pre-Christmas period. Additionally, the website refers to blooming sponsorships, wood production, farm tours, and other offerings that make farm life experienceable throughout the year. This creates a profile that goes far beyond a single day bar or event location: Gut Kerschlach is a farm estate that connects agriculture, nature experience, enjoyment, equestrian world, and event culture. This is exactly why search terms like gut kerschlach events, gut kerschlach brunch, gut kerschlach photos, or gut kerschlach cafe opening hours fit together so well. The place not only provides answers but a coherent experience. ([gut-kerschlach.com](https://gut-kerschlach.com/christbaumkultur?utm_source=openai))

We love the beautiful Gut Kerschlach estate in Pähl. It's one of our favorite places for walks and hikes in the Pfaffenwinkel region. We were more than delighted in December to find the huts set up in the herb garden. There, we enjoyed a wonderful treat of waffles, potato pancakes, and a delicious hot Aperol Spritz, all while relaxing by warming fire pits. What more could you ask for? A fantastic and unexpected idea from the estate. Thank you, and see you soon!

Our expectations for the Christmas market were simply too high... by 3 pm the waffles and goulash were sold out... There were no other food stalls. How can they plan so poorly? They make ten people stand in line in the cold for 15 minutes. Inside, there were a few mismatched stalls selling things that weren't Christmassy at all – dog leashes, jewelry. The horses were great, as always.
