Friendly Staff. Went for registration. Staff were very polite and helpful with everything. No hesitation to answer questions. Felt very comfortable. Staff were comfortable in both German and English.

We've only experienced such outstanding service in Switzerland. Extremely friendly, courteous, and thoroughly enjoyable – I can only express my sincere gratitude and wholeheartedly award five stars. 😊 And of course, to Ms. Göser.

Absolutely outrageous... Office hours are only one hour per week, and nobody answers anyway... There's no point in emailing either, as there's no response for weeks... It's unbelievable what our money is being wasted on... But when a justified cancellation is requested due to obvious deception, they just quickly cancel it... :(((

What utter nonsense! In the adjacent industrial park (Gewerbestraße), the permitted parking time is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. I can understand that from Monday to Saturday, but on Sundays and public holidays, it's a bad joke. It's better to leave the parking spaces unusable – empty. Meanwhile, there's a shortage of parking elsewhere. Someone might try to bypass the paid parking lot at the lake, which would cost the municipality a few euros. There's no other reason for such signage.

I've always had contact with very friendly and competent municipal employees. Personally, I can't confirm or understand the negative comments or reviews. Perhaps it may have been different in individual cases, or perhaps one or two reviews reflect dissatisfaction with political decisions... In any case, over the years, I've only had extremely positive experiences, and my interactions, whether on the phone or in person, have always been very friendly and personable. Thank you very much!
