Opening Hours, Menu, and Prices at Unterwirt

Inquiries about the Unterwirt primarily focus on opening hours and menu, which is quite understandable. The current profile of the establishment states that Monday and Tuesday are rest days, while Wednesday to Sunday it is open continuously from 10 AM to 11 PM. The kitchen is open from Wednesday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM; on Saturday and Sunday, cooking is from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Those wishing to reserve can do so by phone using the well-known number of the establishment or inquire directly during opening hours. The menu clearly shows what the Unterwirt stands for: Bavarian classics, regional products, and a menu that suits both a cozy lunch and a dinner. On the current menu, for example, you can find pork crackling roast with Hartl's beer sauce, brewmaster schnitzel from the beer-mustard-horseradish marinade, Böfflamott, gratinated goat cheese, children's schnitzel with fries, and desserts like rhubarb curd strudel. The price level is quite reasonable: pork crackling roast is offered in small and regular sizes, the brewmaster schnitzel is also available in two sizes, while more upscale main dishes like Böfflamott or rump steak round out the range. Additionally, the establishment also sells beer from its own brewery to go, including Hartl's Kellerbier and Unterwirt Dunkel in 0.33-liter bottles. So, anyone searching for menu, prices, or opening hours will get a clear, down-to-earth, and simultaneously diverse answer at the Unterwirt. ([gasthof-hartl.de](https://www.gasthof-hartl.de/))

Banquet Hall, Josef-Stub’n, and Wine Shed for Weddings and Celebrations

A large part of the relevance of the inn arises from its rooms. The Unterwirt is not just a tavern but a versatile event venue with several halls and parlors. Particularly important for the search for banquet hall, capacity, and room plan is the large hall area: On the official site, the banquet hall is described with a dance floor and stage and is indicated to accommodate 100 to 230 people depending on the table arrangement. Elsewhere, it is even mentioned as a space for up to 250 people, highlighting the enormous flexibility for weddings, corporate parties, club celebrations, dance events, conferences, and family gatherings. In addition, there is the Andreas-Stube for up to 40 people, the Josef-Stub’n for events up to 100 people, and the Wine Shed, which is ideal for bridal parties and celebrations with room separation for 80 to 230 people. The regular guest room is clearly positioned: it is the place for regulars' tables and à la carte dining, thus representing the classic tavern operation in everyday life. This is complemented by the beer garden in the sheltered courtyard, which is served on warm days and makes the location feel even more open and lively in summer. For conferences and seminars, the establishment lists rooms for 2 to 200 people on 45 to 200 square meters, along with full service, drinks, catering, technology, and free Wi-Fi. This combination of tradition and versatility makes the Unterwirt particularly strong for inquiries about seating, hall, room size, room plan, or capacity. Those looking for a venue for a family celebration or a wedding will find not only space here but also a well-thought-out room concept. Hotel Rooms, Breakfast, and Overnight Stays in Türkenfeld

Those looking for the Unterwirt not just for a meal but also for an overnight stay will find a solid hotel offering with clear information. The guest rooms are described as spacious non-smoking rooms and cater to both vacation guests and business travelers. The amenities include a bathroom or shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, and safe; additionally, a rich breakfast buffet is highlighted. Thus, the establishment meets exactly the kind of practical expectations that are often decisive when searching for hotel, overnight stay, or inn: short distances, reliable amenities, and a family atmosphere. The regional accommodation page lists single rooms, double rooms, and triple rooms, and also mentions family-friendly, restaurant on-site, breakfast available, and parking as features. Overnight prices start at around 59 euros per night depending on the room category; the regional directory lists 69 euros for single rooms and 114 euros for double rooms, making the range understandable. That the Unterwirt functions both as a restaurant and as a hotel is particularly practical for guests from Munich, the Five Lakes region, and the surrounding area, as celebrations, concerts, or conferences can be directly combined with an overnight stay. The mention of quiet nights in the beautiful Bavarian foothills also fits, as does the possibility to inquire for excursion tips. This creates a picture that is very clear for those searching for hotel & gasthof hartl zum unterwirt: traditional operation, practical rooms, breakfast, good location, and an offer that invites guests not only to eat but to stay. Directions, Parking, and Location in the 5-Lakes Region

For many searchers, practical access is the most important point, and here too, the Unterwirt provides sufficient clues. The address is Duringstrasse 5 in 82299 Türkenfeld. The inn is located in a favorable position in the context of the Ammersee and 5-Lakes region: regional information indicates just under five minutes by car to the Greifenberg exit on the A96 Lindau-Munich, eight minutes on foot to the S-Bahn towards Munich, and only about six kilometers to the Ammersee. This makes the location attractive for day guests, excursion guests, and hotel guests alike. Those arriving by car will find parking options directly at the house according to regional directories and gastronomy portals; it is also described that one can conveniently access the tavern from the parking lot through the hotel entrance. This is particularly helpful for families, older guests, or visitors with luggage. The barrier-free accessibility is also specifically addressed in an external accessibility description: the main entrance is not described as barrier-free, but access via the parking lot and hotel entrance is presented as practical. Thus, the Unterwirt is a good example of a rural location that is still well connected. The search terms directions and parking are therefore answered not only by a map pin but by a location that balances the transition between tranquility in the village and quick accessibility to Munich and the surrounding area. Those planning an evening in the banquet hall or wishing to stay overnight after a concert particularly benefit from this combination. History, House Brewery, and Cultural Evenings

The history of the Gasthof Hartl Zum Unterwirt is an essential part of its identity. On its own history page, the first entry as an inn is mentioned as early as 1873. Later stages show how the house has continually evolved: in 1907, the dance hall was added, in 1970 it was modernized and served until 1985 for weekly dance events with live bands, in 1978 the tavern was demolished except for the renewed hall and rebuilt with guest rooms, in 1985 another renovation of the dance hall for weddings and events followed, and in 1996 additional rooms, a cozy hall, the Josef-Stüberl, and the beer garden in the courtyard were added. Today, Christa and Sepp Hartl run the Unterwirt in the fourth generation, and the family continues to shape the house to this day. Also, culinarily, the operation remains closely connected to its origins: Andreas Hartl has been brewing two types of beer with Bavarian ingredients in the in-house brewery since 2015, in a 50-liter brew kettle and with maturation in steel barrels. The two beers are called Hartl’s Kellerbier and Unterwirt Dunkel; both are described as bottom-fermented, the Kellerbier as natural and malty, the Dunkel as naturally cloudy, sparkling, and slightly hoppy. This connection between cuisine, brewery, and event culture makes the location so special. The fact that the Unterwirt is regularly used as a concert venue is demonstrated by the AMMERSEErenade: In the current festival information, Gasthof Hartl Zum Unterwirt is listed as the venue for The Roast Pork Concert on June 18, 2026, and the format already took place there in 2025. Such formats combine classical concerts, cabaret, and good food in a way that suits the house. Additionally, tickets for selected events are available directly at the inn during opening hours. This makes the Unterwirt relevant for inquiries about classical festival ammerseerenade or event calendar and keeps it visible far beyond the pure tavern operation.
