Beautiful location, peaceful and perfect for seminars and group workshops. Would highly recommend. The walk around the lake is not quite next to the lake itself, instead around a walking path with some spaces right adjacent to the lake. Lovely nonetheless.

Had a very nice stay in any matter. The BVS Bildungszentrum Holzhausen is surrounded by a marvelous landscape. The Hotels Campus is very, very big. There is a lake about 100m from the buildings, trees, and grass. The dorms are all right, not pretentious but quiet and nice looking. There is a bathroom in the dorm, the shower could be held at the right temperature and there are towels provided. The served food is fresh, healthy, and diversified. The staff is friendly and competent. They know what they are doing and ask the right questions. The responses to the current pandemic situation are single-use dorms, distance between tables, signs, and disinfection options everywhere. By the way: There is a "BVS" App from the hotel at Playstore (and Apple Store). In it, you can find nice pictures of the campus, activities, etc.

Beautiful grounds and big space. They really offer a lot. The rooms are quite outdated but comfortable. Breakfast feels a bit limited.

Very nice educational center right on Lake Ammersee. Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended. The food was exceptionally delicious, the room was clean, and the bathroom was very new. Unfortunately, there was no "big" light on the ceiling, and the lights at the desks didn't work; however, the windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets. You can also sit on the terrace in front of your room. The rooms are directly connected to the classrooms in a building. A great solution. Currently being renovated, but it doesn't bother you. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Direct access to the steamer dock. And with the key, you can access the educational center's own boathouse. Parking is also available.

The food was really good – tasty and varied. The rooms were clean, and there's even a free water dispenser in the Panoramahaus, which I thought was a nice touch. I was less impressed with the room amenities, however – there's definitely room for improvement. I was particularly negative about the bed and mattress: I could barely sleep on it. Furthermore, the rooms are quite noisy, especially towards the hallway, which made sleeping even more difficult. The parking situation: If you arrive early, you'll also find a parking space. It's a bit farther from Utting train station. The location on Lake Ammersee was really good; the BVS even has a boathouse.
