DanceArt60+ in Herrsching: Movement, Music, and Community for People Aged 60 and Over
An afternoon full of movement, sound, and encounters awaits seniors on May 1, 2027, at the community center of the Evangelical Church in Herrsching. DanceArt60+ invites people with and without dance experience to discover new joy in movement and music in a relaxed atmosphere.
Gentle Movement Impulses and Creative Encounters
Simple movement instructions provide an age-appropriate access to the art of dance. The focus is not on performance or prior knowledge but on perception, joy, and shared experiences. Even those who haven't danced in a long time or thought dancing was no longer possible will find a welcoming and appreciative environment here.
Music That Evokes Memories
The inspiration from live music creates a special dance and sound space. Familiar musical impressions, new movements, and the calm atmosphere promote well-being, social participation, and personal expression. This creates a community experience that connects body, senses, and memories.
Seniors-Friendly and Inclusive
The offering is aimed at people aged 60 and over and is suitable for participants with and without disabilities. The event emphasizes respectful interaction, a gentle introduction, and encounters without performance pressure. Thus, DanceArt60+ provides a valuable space for community, cultural participation, and beneficial movement.
Entry and Registration
Entry is free. A donation of 20 Euros is appreciated. Registration for participation is required with Jürgen Berndt at 0171 7667654. The organizer is the Stiftung Kulturator.
Conclusion: Coming Together in Movement
DanceArt60+ connects music, dance, and social encounters into a warm, age-appropriate community experience. Anyone wanting to experience movement and culture in good company should discover this special project live.
