Youth Service Tabaluga: Faith, Music, and Community in Utting
A special evening for young people, families, and all interested is awaiting visitors on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Parish Church of Mariä Heimsuchung in Utting. The Youth Service combines the theme of Tabaluga with Christian spirituality, communal prayer, and the musical arrangement by the Youth Choir.
A Religious Experience with a Youth Perspective
At the center is a service that brings questions of faith into a relatable and creative form. The motif of Tabaluga provides access to themes such as courage, friendship, responsibility, and the search for one’s own path. In the liturgical celebration, biblical impulses, prayer, and collective reflection meet in an inviting atmosphere.
Music as an Expression of Faith
The Youth Choir musically shapes the service and gives the evening a special tone. Communal singing, choral voices, and the tranquility of the church create an intense faith experience. The music carries the liturgy, opens space for contemplation, and strengthens the sense of community.
Open Community of the Parish Community
The Youth Service is organized by the Catholic Parish Community Utting-Schondorf. The parish community includes the parish of Mariä Heimsuchung in Utting and Heilig Kreuz in Schondorf. Young people, families, parish members, and those interested in religion are invited to celebrate this service together.
Location and Schedule
The Youth Service begins at 7:00 PM and is expected to end at 8:00 PM. The venue is the Parish Church of Mariä Heimsuchung at Ludwigstraße 12 in Utting on Lake Ammersee. The church provides a dignified framework for liturgy, prayer, musical arrangement, and personal reflection.
The evening connects religious tradition with a contemporary approach to young people. Those who wish to experience community, music, and a special spiritual impulse will find an open and strengthening approach to faith at the Youth Service Tabaluga.
