Advent atmosphere and regional diversity in Riederau
On Saturday, November 21, 2026, the area between the children's house and the fire station in Riederau will be transformed into a festive Christmas market. From 14:00 to 20:00, visitors can expect Christmas gift ideas, handicrafts, culinary specialties, and a varied program for the whole family.
Handicrafts, Gift Ideas, and Homemade Goods
The Riederauer Christmas Market combines a village market atmosphere with regional diversity. Advent wreaths, gift ideas, handicrafts, and homemade goods are the focus at the stalls. The selection invites browsing and offers suitable souvenirs for the Advent season.
Coffee, Cakes, and Winter Hot Drinks
In the children's house Riederau, there will be coffee and cakes available. In addition, there will be culinary offerings as well as spicy and non-alcoholic hot drinks. Thus, the market visit turns into a cozy shopping experience with winter scents and enjoyable breaks.
Music and Puppet Theater for Families
A concert by the youth brass band is part of the market atmosphere. A puppet theater complements the program and particularly appeals to families with children. Between market stalls, handicraft offerings, and musical moments, a lively start to the Advent season is created.
Organized Together in Riederau
The Christmas market is organized by the Riederau Fire Brigade, the parents' council of the children's house, the SC Riederau, and the Riederau shooting club. The volunteer engagement of several local groups shapes the personal character of the market and strengthens the local community.
The 18th Riederauer Christmas Market offers regional products, handicrafts, seasonal delicacies, and family programs at a central meeting point in the district of Riederau. Those who wish to experience Advent atmosphere at Lake Ammersee and support local initiatives should visit this afternoon in person.
