When Life Asks the Best Questions
On Sunday, November 8, 2026, the GROUNDLIFT Studio in the Old Brewery Stegen will become the stage for a special live experience: Hans Sigl welcomes Matze Hielscher for a live edition of Subject: Life – The Consultation with Hans Sigl. The event starts at 6:00 PM, doors open at 5:30 PM.
A Conversation as a Living Staging
The focus is not on a classic celebrity interview, but on an open dialogue about the questions that move people. In his series Talk Fast Forward, Hans Sigl combines personal encounters with journalistic conversation guidance, humor, and thoughtful moments. The dramaturgy arises from curiosity, empathy, and the willingness to reconsider familiar perspectives.
Matze Hielscher as Guest
Matze Hielscher, known as the host of Hotel Matze, is recognized for deep conversations with personalities from politics, culture, sports, and society. By Lake Ammer, he switches roles between questioner and guest. Together with Hans Sigl, he explores the themes of life journey, meaning, happiness, belonging, and formative encounters.
The Audience Becomes Part of the Evening
The questions from the community form the dramaturgical framework of the consultation. At the same time, the conversation opens up to the audience in the hall: visitors can contribute their own questions and experience live how spontaneous impulses create a unique podcast evening. Between concentrated acoustics, direct stage presence, and the special atmosphere of the Groundlift Studio, a format develops that allows for closeness.
Between Entertainment and Depth
The staging thrives on the tension between pointed wit and personal insights. Hans Sigl's moderation meets Hielscher's sensitivity for people and stories. Thus, a conversational stage emerges, where not finished answers matter, but the shared journey to a new question. The stage experience is aimed at everyone who appreciates intelligent entertainment, lively audience reactions, and genuine encounters.
Conclusion: An Evening for Curious People
Subject: Life promises an inspiring live podcast on November 8, 2026, with surprising twists, humorous moments, and conversations that resonate beyond the evening. Those who wish to not only hear Hans Sigl and Matze Hielscher but experience them in an immediate theater atmosphere should not miss this special format at the Groundlift Studio.
