CONSTELLATION ROSE: A Walkable Universe of Light and Typography
At studioRose in Schondorf am Ammersee, the floor transforms into a poetic cosmos of light, language, and text. The exhibition CONSTELLATION ROSE combines the light art of the artist duo Hartung | Trenz with the metalworks of the Schondorf artist Thomas Lenhart.
Light, Space, and Language in Motion
Multi-layered projections from various light sources create a walkable universe. Typographically designed words, terms, and names open new perspectives on the exhibition space and create visual freedom. From the 26 letters of the alphabet, regional and general terms emerge, including the central word ROSE.
Steel Meets Light
The works of Hartung | Trenz represent a site-specific light art that reorganizes space and perception. The artist duo has realized joint projects since 1998 and has exhibited their works in Australia, North America, Africa, Israel, and at numerous European light art festivals.
Thomas Lenhart complements the exhibition with consistently developed metalworks. His design moves from line to surface to space and engages the environment in direct dialogue with the work. The artist, who lives in Schondorf, has participated in more than 30 exhibitions in Germany and abroad and has completed numerous works for private and public clients.
