World Musical Fresh Air: Duo KlangZeit brings the world to life

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, Duo KlangZeit invites you to an extraordinary concert evening in the castle courtyard of Güntering. Starting at 7:00 PM, Marie-Josefin Melchior and Johann Zeller combine concertante world music with cabaret humor, virtuoso stage performance, and an unmistakable musical enthusiasm.

From Czardas to Valse Musette

The musical journey leads through fiery Hungarian Czardas, vibrant tangos, buoyant swing, characterful Klezmer, and dreamy Valse Musette. Original compositions and works from Brahms to Piazzolla are, of course, presented side by side. This creates a colorful program that effortlessly transcends genre boundaries.

Virtuosity with surprising sound colors

Johann Zeller merges intimately with his accordion and transforms it into a grooving rhythm instrument in the next moment. Marie-Josefin Melchior elicits an astonishing range of tones from her violin – from the Arab rabab to electric guitar sounds. Singing, flugelhorn, and precise synchronization expand the soundscape into an equally intimate and dynamic orchestration.

Music, Wit, and Immediate Proximity

Cabaret songs and couplets give the concert evening a playful touch. Between intimate melodies, rhythmic energy, and musical zest, a live atmosphere emerges that does not maintain distance. The audience experiences world music as a lively dialogue: surprising, humorous, and with plenty of space for spontaneous stage moments.

A Concert Experience in the Castle Courtyard

From 7:00 to 9:00 PM, Duo KlangZeit will guide through a program that combines European traditions, South American sound worlds, and modern concert aesthetics. The event is part of the program of Culture in the Castle Seefeld.
