Three Composers, Two Saxophones, and a Piano

The Trio Étoiles invites you to a special musical encounter in Herrsching am Ammersee on November 22, 2026. In the Grand Hall of the House of Bavarian Agriculture, the ensemble presents works by Singlée, Johannes Brahms, and Dmitri Shostakovich.

The instrumentation is particularly unique: two saxophones meet a piano. This unusual combination opens up its own sound world and gives the concert a distinctive musical appeal. The interaction of the two saxophones with the piano is at the center of the event.

Unusual Instrumentation, Diverse Program

The program promises a varied sound journey, where the possibilities of the instrumentation with two saxophones and piano become audible. Classical sounds encounter an instrumentation that is rarely experienced on a concert stage in this form.
