PULSE brings the sound of Pink Floyd to Lake Ammersee

On November 6, 2026, the GROUNDLIFT AMMERSEE LIVE STUDIOS in Inning at Lake Ammersee will transform into a sound space for atmospheric progressive rock, psychedelic textures, and the great musical arcs of Pink Floyd. The tribute formation PULSE is dedicated to the legacy of the British rock legends with a lavishly staged live show.

Atmospheric Progressive Rock with great sound breadth

Pink Floyd is known for hypnotic guitar lines, precisely orchestrated arrangements, and music that oscillates between introspective calm and massive sound walls. PULSE translates this characteristic dramaturgy to the stage, combining expressive vocals, distinctive bass lines, colorful keyboards, saxophone, and powerful drumming into a multifaceted concert experience.

Experienced musicians and a proven live team

The newly formed group relies on musicians with extensive experience in the Pink Floyd repertoire. Guitarist and vocalist Oliver Hartmann, bassist Martin Hofmann, and keyboardist Markus Nanz previously formed the core of the German tribute band Echoes. Together with drummer Sébastien Angrand, saxophonist Michael Unger, and vocalist Ilka Müller, PULSE continues this musical tradition.

The participating musicians have been present at hundreds of concerts in Germany and Europe. Productions like Live From The Dark Side and the acoustic tour Barefoot To The Moon made the previous group known even beyond the German rock scene. The focus of the new show is The Best of Pink Floyd.

Light, sound, and live atmosphere at Groundlift

In the GROUNDLIFT AMMERSEE LIVE STUDIOS, detailed stage performance meets an intimate concert environment. Bright soundscapes, clearly defined guitar sounds, and the synchronization of rhythm section and keyboard arrangements create a dense audience atmosphere. The result caters to Pink Floyd fans as well as to anyone who wants to experience progressive rock live with great emotional depth.

An evening for rock fans and sound aesthetes

PULSE combines musical precision with the breadth, dynamics, and atmospheric tension that made Pink Floyd a phenomenon in rock history. Between intricate passages and powerful climaxes, a stage performance emerges that does not rely solely on nostalgia but interprets the material as a living concert moment.
